1. My own live seminar (also available as an e-course) described here has been taught to recruiters at hundreds of companies since 1997, and presented in abbreviated form at numerous industry conferences and trade association meetings;

2. The frequent group and individual trainings I conducted at CNC (non-proprietary documentation corresponding to much of it is here), which also extended to basic HTML training for many interactive staffers new to the Internet (from administrative assistants on up);

3. My long-term training assignment (late 2001 - early 2002) presenting the BostonWorks.com product line to the entire recruitment sales staff of the Boston Globe as well as to key clients (see BWU) as part of my ongoing consulting work for them. I also developed all training materials.

4. Teaching three courses (Demystifying the Internet, Finding Any Job Through the Internet, and Promoting Your Business Online), for which I also developed all original course materials, presented at various Massachusetts towns' community education programs in the late '90s to rave reviews. (They wanted me back, but I couldn't justify the time at the rates they were offering!)
