Candidate Sourcing: Enhanced Services

If you've done some Internet recruiting and realize its value, but don't have the time to take advantage of all the powerful techniques yourself, let us do it. Our network of trained Internet sourcers can unearth great candidates where you'd never dream you could tap: online employee directories; professionals from junior to executive level quoted in magazine articles or panelists at conferences; members of desirable grass-roots, high-tech user groups or niche trade associations; even from your own competitors. We get you the names, contact information and/or resumes--you take it from there. Recruiting-Online.com offers three levels of sourcing services:
  1. Get our Virtual Recruiter Directory: We sell a list of over 100 recruiters who have completed Internet recruiting certification from our firm, AIRS or other comparable training, complemented by practical virtual recruiting/sourcing experience. Resumes are included for each of them. This invaluable directory costs only US$95.00, and includes one month of updates (buy it now -- check, money order, MasterCard or Visa accepted). You negotiate rates/terms with them directly. Most are available for part-time sourcing work at any given time, and rates typically range from $25-$65/hour depending on the particular sourcer (again, no fee markup from us).

  2. Outsource Liaison: We will act as a liaison to distribute your work to a subset of these recruiters appropriate for the type of position/candidate profile you're targeting. Again, this is pure sourcing work: you get relevant resumes as the deliverable, but the candidates have not been prequalified nor has their level of interest in your particular position been gauged. We leave that to your recruiting team to "close" the deal. The fee for this is around $40/hour, with an agreed upon minimum number of resumes that meet skill/experience criteria determined with you in advance.

  3. Source & Prequalify: Same as #2 above, except we also do the prequalification and only forward you the interested candidates' resumes. The minimum number of candidates agreed upon will obviously be significantly lower than in #2. Also, the fee will be higher; negotiated on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the particular search. This gets you in the ballpark of what recruiting services typically do, except we don't charge a percentage of candidate first year salary!
